  • Sheri Aggarwal

    Instructor

Sheri is a Merrithew Lead Instructor Trainer specializing in STOTT PILATES®, Total Barre™ and CORE™ Athletic Performance. Her first career was as a college professor after earning a Ph.D. from Harvard University. She loved teaching, but her passion was in sports and wellness rather than in economics. She began training in Pilates in 2002, and although her interest in sports shifted, she loved how it improved her performance in all sports. Pilates proved invaluable when rehab was required for running injuries. Sheri shares her expertise and love of fitness with a diverse population including instructors, clients and athletes. She also holds ACE certifications in Personal Training and Health Coaching and is a running coach for USA Track & Field.

  • Mara Coleman

As an avid cyclist, Judy has ridden in the Pan Mass Challenge since 2004 and has raised over $90,000 to benefit the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
