Aerial Yoga Studio

Aerial yoga is an exciting and fun way to practice both yoga and suspension training. You perform the same poses as on a mat, except we use a silk hammock that’s suspended from the ceiling as a prop to support your body.The hammock helps you improve flexibility and build strength, while allowing you to do more challenging poses without added pressure on your shoulder, spine, or head.

Small Group Training Studio

Based on the latest in sports science our high-energy sessions focus on alignment, mobility, strength, stamina and recovery. Deepen your core connection, prevent injury, and gain comfort in your own body.

STOTT PILATES® Equipment Studio
